Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of merchandise that are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by double-checking your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Refunds usually require some processing time before they are issued.
If you have completed all of these actions and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sold items Only regular price items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item yourself. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for a replacement to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
